Hitting the high soft pitch.

This shot separates the good golfer from the poor one.  I have never seen a good golfer who cannot pitch, and I have never seen a poor one who can.  Here Jeff Ritter gives a straightforward tip that I think will help your pitching and turn you into a good golfer!

Work on your distance control by taking your backswing to either 7, 8, or 9 o clock and then swing through.  Pay attention to how far each of these shots goes so you know what o clock to swing your lead arm to on the backswing on the course to control your distances.

By working on the technique and then working on distance control, you can lower your handicap by half!
