How many times have I said, "I wish I had a total fitness workout that I can do at home with minimal equipment.  Well, here you have it.  The only equipment needed is a fitness band, unstable board ( or couch cushion), and a 5 lb dumbell.  This workout is also printable so that you can follow along at your own pace.

Today Fitness Blender gives us some great workout ideas to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance in our golf swings.  

Strength, Balance and Flexibility are the 3 cornerstones of overall fitness.  One of the trainers at Fitness Blender Puts us through our paces.

In the Strength segment, these are the included exercises. 

Part 1 Strength.

T Stabilizations. 7 reps on each side.

Windshield Wipers. 14 reps.

Prone Hovering Lateral Raises. 14 Reps.

Side Plank and Leg Raises. 14 Reps on each side.

Side Push Up. 14 Reps on each side.

Standing band Pulls. 14 reps.

Part 2. Balance.

Toe balance. 14 Reps.

Heel balance. 14 Reps.

Ice Skaters.  10 Reps on each side.

Balance Pad Swings. 14 Reps.

Single Led Dead Lift. 14 Reps on each side.

Part 3. Flexibility.

Toe Touch with Flat Back. 45 Seconds.

Tordo Twist Against Wall. 45 seconds on each side.

Wall Shoulder Stretch.  45 seconds.

Wall Chest Stretch.  45 seconds on each side.

Calf Stretch.  45 seconds on each side.

Supine Trunk Stretch.  45 seconds on each side.
