Short diveable par 4's are a must on a championship golf course.  The ultimate risk and reward shot!

I love this video that features the best driveable par 4 holes regularly played on the PGA Tour. I know the excitement one feels at the chance to birdie a par-4, especially in a professional tournament. Playing on the South African PGA Tour in the 1970s gave me several opportunities to achieve this, although I wasn't always successful.  It is definitely a risk/reward challenge every time, but oh, the reward is so sweet!

Remember what Tiger did on #16 at the TPC Blue Monster at Doral in 2005?

How about that amazing shot by Rocco Mediate on #17 at Cordevalle Golf Club in 2012, after Alex Prugh had hit the green with his drive to within 9 inches of the flag!
