Today's guest is Michael Breed of the Golf Channel as he talks about the 3 "must-do" stretches not only for golf but for life!  Check these out!

1 Cat and dog.

Get down on all fours and arch your back as much as you can, and then hollow your back as much as you can.  Do this at least 10 times.

2. Pigeon.

Take one leg and put it in front of you with the shin at 90 degrees to your body.  Extend the other leg backward.  Lean your upper body over the front leg as far as you can go.  Hold for 30 seconds.  Do the other leg.  Do 3 sets.

The pigeon is definitely the hardest, but like everything in life, the hardest is usually the most beneficial!

3. Childs Pose.

Again, get down on all fours and extend your arms out in front of you.  Lower your upper body to the ground while stretching back as far as you can.

Warning.  According to Dr. Ara Supaya, make sure you have no pre-existing medical conditions before doing these exercises.
