Today our guests are Chris Fortey of The Art of Simple Golf and John Ship, a golf fitness expert in the UK.  We are looking for simplicity.  And here, Alex and John walk us through 3 simple stretches to get your body ready for the round.

Pre-round stretches are important - we all know that.  But most of the warm-ups I've seen require equipment or lying on the ground.  Not practical when you are standing around on the first tee.  But John Ship explains some straightforward stretches that no one will even know you are stretching if you are doing these on the first tee.

I have to apologize for the one thing, and I cannot understand how trying to do videos can't invest a few dollars on a decent microphone system.  The sound here is terrible, so I suggest you watch this video, follow along, and copy the movements.  But I cannot hear a word that is said.  The coach should be talking to the audience instead of Alex.
