So here are 3 of my favorite core exercises every golfer should be doing.
But first, I want you to know that this is is a pretty long video for being just 3 exercises - however it is important to not only demonstrate the exercises and their modification - which i will break down to the basics for you - but it is also very important to explain why these are way better than your typical crunch.

2. Supine Opposite Extremity Extension
