As most of my regular readers already know, I post-golf exercises regularly.  This is not a random process but a carefully chosen group of exercises that need to be rotated regularly.  Doing the same exercises repeatedly leads to boredom, and the muscles engaged in the routine get stale!  By regularly changing your workout routine, more and more golf muscles get a workout, and you will become a more rounded player because of it.  Of course, your workout sessions also become more enjoyable as you challenge different muscle groups.
