At Home Core Workout Clutch Life: Ashley Conrad’s 24/7 Fitness Trainer

The core is critical in keeping stability between the upper and lower body as well as controlling the rotational speed of the golf swing through the hitting area.

Core-strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles, and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities. You can do core-strength exercises on a carpeted floor or mat.

To stay stable in the golf swing, the core is the engine!  You don’t want to have a Ferrari golf swing with a Volkswagen engine, do you? Follow along with Ashley Conrad, trainer extraordinaire, who will put you through a 10-minute workout that will have you calling for your mama!  I don’t know who the dude is that Ashley Conrad is working with, but I don’t look like that!  But maybe if I follow this program I will?  Or maybe hit it as far as Dustin Johnson!
