Today our guests are fitness trainer Randy Myers for Golf Digest and the recent PGA Tour winner and prodigious hitter Dustin Johnson!  If you want to get the ball anywhere NEAR Dustin Johnson off the tee, this is a good place to start!

Par Stretch.

Arms overhead, squatting down. Try and get that squat as low as you can and the raise as high as you can go.

Bird Stretch.

Club behind your back. Lean forward and try and get your arms straight up in the air.  Try and move the arms from side to side.

Deep Lunge.

Get into a lunge position and hold the club in front.  Twist the upper torso while keeping the lower body stable.

Try these stretches at home or on the first tee.  They will really make you feel liber and ready for your round!
