I will talk about an item made by Club Glove USA that they call The Stiff Arm. This item will help with protecting your golf clubs while traveling by air.
Several years ago traveling to Ireland with a group of golfers. After arriving at my destination, I was sad to find that my driver was in two pieces. When I got home, I told one of my instructors about my experience. He told me about The Stiff Arm, made by Club Glove USA, who mainly makes golf bag travel covers. This immediately made sense to me, and I purchased one for me and one for my wife.
They only cost around $30. Better than replacing a $400 driver! We have traveled for the last 20 years with no incident. The Stiff Arm has done a great job of protecting our golf clubs! Not very heavy but extremely sturdy, this device is a club saver! You just put it in your golf bag like any other club, and you can set it to whatever length you want it. You can adjust them for a ladies' or a mens' set. Make it slightly longer than your longest club, and wallah! Great Protection!
