Lat Stretch.

In a kneeling position, hold the club above your head and behind your ears.  Twist slowly to one side, hold for 10 seconds, and then the other. As you loosen up, you can turn it into a dynamic stretch by speed up the movement. As many times as you can.

Lat Twist.

Hold the club out in front of you with both hands.  Hands should be about shoulder width apart.  Twist the club right over left and then left over right.  After a few of those turn it into a dynamic stretch by speeding up the process.  Do as many as you can.
