Today our guest is the only golfing and fitness great Gary Player.  I have been fortunate to have played a couple of rounds with Gary in my life, and I can tell you it was a privilege and a thrill!  Listen to the Master talk!  I have always tried to live my life along the same lines.  It takes a lot of self-discipline to do what Gary Player does daily.  He is an inspiration not only to me but hopefully to you.

Gary's Fitness Routine.

Sit-Ups.

Gary does about 1000 per day.

Full Squat - No Weights.

Gary does 100 per session.

Crunch.

With 100 lbs on the chest.

Stretch.

Pulling knee to chest.

Push-Ups.

Nose and Belly Button hit the ground at the same time.

Williams Exercise.

Rolling on the back,  back, and forth.

Gary Player is not only a great believer in exercise but also a believer in healthy nutrition.  He was n a keto diet before the word keto ever came about!  Low Carbs, Low Sugar.  High Protein, High Fat. And lots of greens!
