I have some great shoulder exercises from Katherine Roberts from Yoga for Golfers to loosen up the shoulders, neck, and middle back.  All of these stretches will help the golfer increase shoulder turn.  We all know that that will lead to greater distance with all your clubs!

As golfers (like myself) get older, the first thing we lose is shoulder turn.  I know I am constantly working out to increase my shoulder turn.  Currently, my shoulder turn is 60 degrees.  That's 30 degrees short of where it should be.  Watching these shoulder turn exercises from Katherine Roberts certainly gives me hope that I will get back to 90 degrees. I understand that this will not happen overnight.  But I will do them diligently, and over the next year, I think I can change.  If I do, I know for sure that I will start hitting the ball a whole lot further!
