Today I talk about working on three important aspects of the golf swing—flexibility, strength, and endurance.  I use a commercial strength rebounder which I feel is a worthwhile investment in my golf fitness program.  This piece of equipment will last me the rest of my life and is fun and easy to use simultaneously.  The cost is around $500. If you do not want to purchase this piece of equipment, buy a basketball or soccer ball from Walmart and stand and throw it against your garage wall. Allow it to bounce one, catch, and throw it again.  Feel the backswing coil, weight shift (with speed), and a good follow-through directly at the target.  You can also use another golfer and throw the ball back and forth to each other.  Don't forget to do the other side equally.
