Today's guest is one of my favorite fitness instructors, Dr. Greg Rose of the Titleist Performance Institute.  He is with Tyrone from the Web.com Tour and will present the 90/90 stretch to improve your hip hinging and mobility! Stretching out the hips and surrounding muscles is critical to hip function in the golf swing.

Hip Mobility.

Hip mobility is such a key factor in the speed and efficiency of the golf swing.  Dr. Greg Rose, a co-founder of TPI,  has helped pioneer the field of analyzing 3-dimensional motion capture models of the golf swing by combining an engineering background with expertise in the human body. He is one of golf’s top strength and conditioning professionals. Dr. Rose recommends the 90 90 drills to release tightness in the hips, and without tightness comes added mobility.  So, click on the Link Below to let Dr. Greg Rose walk you through this 90 90 drill.
