This is a drill that I recently saw my Lead Instructor David Olberding doing with one of his students.  The student was "flipping" the clubhead at the bottom and either blading or hooking his shots.  David gave him a drill that is described below.

The Method.

Set up with an alignment stick pushed into the ground at about a 45-degree angle and 5 or 6 inches in front of your lead leg. The key to this drill is to hit the ball about 20 yards in the beginning slowly.  Swing the club back to about 7 o clock and then swing through, trying to let the lead wrist get to the alignment stick before the golf club's shaft does. Hold that position at the finish to check that you have the desired position.  As I mention in the video, you may find the drill difficult or boring at first.  But if you are a golfer who has the problem of flipping and letting the clubhead pass your hands through impact, this is the drill for you.

This drill will definitely take some self-discipline, but nothing worthwhile ever comes easy!  Stay patient with yourself, and after a few weeks of doing this for about 10 minutes two or three times a week, you should start hitting your shots with more power and precision!
