This is a shot that Tiger Woods perfected back in 2000 that helped him win all 4 Major Championships in a row! This was his go-to shot when he needed to put the ball in play.
Tiger uses his 3 wood to hit the stinger. Slightly narrower stance, normal ball position. His swing thought is to keep leading the hands leading the clubhead well past impact. Then there is a hard drive with the arms, keeping the clubhead as low through impact as he possibly can. This shot requires quite a lot of practice! Take your time and work hard on increasing your body rotation through impact!
