There are many 'TOP 10' lists relating to golf and golf courses. An earlier post of mine featured some of the World's Most Beautiful Courses, but this time let's have a look at some courses that are just downright unusual. I am familiar with (as many of you are), but there are a few I've never seen before.
The article doesn't mention where Legend Golf & Safari Resort is, but I can tell you it is in South Africa. And 'Clashing Rocks' is located in New Jersey, USA.

Golfing Vacations.

Here I have compiled some of the world’s unique and strangest golf courses and holes. I hope you will like it.
The Movable, Floating Green.
Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course in Idaho is unique though its course 14th hole. According to its owner it is the world’s only floating Movable Island and due to its location is only reachable via its charming, dedicated Putter Boat shuttle.
Brickyard Crossing Golf Course.
Indianapolis Motor Speedway is host to a number of high profile racing events due to its world-famous 2.5 mile track. What many people fail to realize however, is that within the confines of said track sits four holes of Brickyard Crossing Golf Resort. There’s even a water hazard within the track in the form of a lake.
Legend Golf & Safari Resort.
The Legend Golf Resort, surely one of the most beautiful courses yet to be created. You need to jump in a helicopter to reach the tee, which is situated nearly half a kilometer above the green, near the tip of Hang Slip Mountain.
