I live in an area called "The Grand Strand," home to over 100 golf courses. Myrtle Beach is the "Golf Capital of the World." But just down the road, a three-hour drive is my favorite course in the state of South Carolina - Harbour Town Golf Links. Every year, the week after the Masters, the course hosts the RBC Heritage Classic. This PGA Tour stop is the perfect place to decompress after a hectic and pressure-filled week at Augusta. The Carolina Low Country is known for its friendly, laid-back people and atmosphere. And Harbour Town takes that laid-back feeling to another level.

Harbour Town has been a part of the PGA Tour’s schedule since 1969, the year the course opened. Only one non-major championship golf course – Trump National Doral’s Blue Monster – has a longer unbroken streak of year’s hosting a Tour event.
