Twenty Minute Daily Routine - Fitness Friday #21.

A Golf Video Blog with Mel Sole.  

Today two of my favorite golf fitness guru's Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips of the Titleist Performance Institute, talk about a quick and easy 20-minute warm-up routine that will get you going in the morning regardless of whether you are playing golf day or not.  

When doing a warm-up routine in the morning, don't start when you get out of bed.  Walk around, have a cup of coffee, and generally get your body ready for the day.  After about 30 minutes, then get down to it and do this set of exercises that need no equipment and will make you feel great for the rest of the day!

Here are some of the exercises covered in this video.

Flexion Pattern, Extension pattern, Twisted Curl Up, Glute Lift, Spiral Line, Cobra, Around the World Plank, Spiral Plank, Starfish Plank, and Pike Plank.  There a lot more, so watch the video to get the full benefit!
