Today we talk about lining up the forearms with the putter shaft to make your putting stroke much more efficient.  A Simple way to get into the correct posture to attain this.  Just make sure to tuck your elbows into your sides as you do this. Check it out!

If you are like me and watch a lot of PGA and LPGA golf on TV, one of the things you will notice is that in their putting stance, most of them have their forearms and the putter shaft all in one line.  This makes the putting stroke more efficient as it is far easier to get the putter rocking back and forth in a pendulum motion.

An easy way to achieve this in your own putting stroke is to stand with your putter extended out in front of you and put your elbows into your sides.  The forearms and shaft should now be in a perfectly straight line.  Lean forward from the waist until the putter touches the ground.  There you have it!  A good posture to easily accomplish a good putting stroke!
