Jason Day’s 5 Worst Shots!

Some people say that it is cruel to play videos of pro golfers hitting bad shots, while others say it makes them feel better that they are not alone when they play badly.  I feel watching PGA Tour players hit bad shots shows that they are all human and not just robots hitting good shot after good shot.  Watch here as Jason Day, like the rest of us, has a bad day.  Presented by One Step to Better Golf.

Shots that amazed us by Tiger Woods!

"Amazing Shots by Tiger Woods" could be a best selling book, but this is a new series that I will be featuring each month on the unbelievable shots that Tiger Woods has played throughout his career.  This opening video happened at Firestone at the Bridgestone Invitational in 2008.  Thanks to legbreakgoogly for posting this entertaining video!

David Feherty tells a funny story about a spectacualr shot that Tiger Woods hit. Tigers ball was in wet, nasty, horrible, six inch rough. Truly buried, and 190 yards away from the hole. Everybody figures that with a . . .

PGA Tour Destinations: Harbour Town Golf Links

I am fortunate to live in an area called "The Grand Strand" which is home to over 100 golf courses.  In the middle of it all is Myrtle Beach, called the "Golf Capital of the World."  But just down the road three hours, is my favorite course in the state of South Carolina - Harbour Town Golf Links.  Every year, the week after the Masters, the course is host to the RBC Heritage Classic, a PGA Tour stop that is the perfect place to decompress after a hectic and pressure filled week at Augusta.  The Carolina Low Country is . . .

Phil’s Top 10 Moments in a long and steady Career!

Today features the third in our series of  "Top 10 Moments" of Masters Contenders.  The best shot I ever saw Phil play is not on Phil's Top 10 Moments.  It was the flop shot from the back of the 15th green at Augusta with a front left pin position that brought me right out of my chair!  Love watching Phil the Thrill!

Rory’s Top 10 Moments in a Young Career!

Today features the first in our series of "Top 10 Moments" of Masters Contenders.  Top 10 Moments certainly rival Tiger's Top 10.  (Coming up next ) It would be a real thrill to see Rory and Tiger going head to head on the back 9 on Sunday sometime in the not too distant future.  I can dream can't I?

Tiger’s Top 10 Moments in a Stellar Career!

Today features the second in our series of  "Top 10 Moments" of Masters Contenders. To remind you of just how great this golfer is (as if you need reminding)  here are Tiger's Top 10 Moments.  I am certainly looking forward to seeing Tiger compete again, I just hope it's sooner than later!

I'll go out on a limb and say if Tiger wins again after this long layoff, it will be one of the biggest stories in golf!

Stories from the Tours. What you do not know!

Are PGA Tour players or LPGA Tours players one big happy family?  Of course not!  They are like most families.  Some people you like, some you dislike, and  there are some you cannot stand even being in the same room with!  David Fay, former Executive Director of the USGA, has had plenty of experience with both the PGA and LPGA families, and gives us this interesting story.

Are Instructors necessary on the PGA Tour? Absolutely!

As a golf instructor, articles like this always peak my interest.  As soon as a player has a bad streak, it must be his instructor who has "messed up" his swing.  How stupid!  Most of the instructors who teach PGA Tour players are very good instructors, usually have some tournament playing experience, and have a client list of who's who.  Tour players would not seek out these teachers if they did not have a high pedigree!

Personally, I think that an instructor with a background in Bio Mechanics is one who understands each . . .
