Today is October 14th, 2016 and it is Fitness Friday!  On Fridays, we bring you fitness, stretching and strengthening that will make a significant difference to your golf game.  The fitness regimen on the PGA Tour has ramped up significantly in the last few years as players realize that in order to compete at the highest level they need to have a body that supports the tremendous swing speed they are generating.  However for the average golfer this is not the case, so lesser workouts will still make a huge difference.  My goal with the next few Fitness Friday . . .
