It shows just how talented these golfers really are!  I have read the theory that using both sides of your body equally is good when working out in the gym, but this is taking that theory to a whole new level!

The Japanese star warms-up left-handed on the range, but actually plays right-handed!

Watch as Shingo Katayama shows off some talented moves in a warm-up routine that you don't see too often on the PGA Tour.

Shingo know the benefits of using both sides of the body for total coordination. Also, hitting off a high tee makes the swing arc come more from the inside. And finally, doing that drill in one continuous loop like that really improves his timing.  It would be best if you tried it sometime. Preferably at a time when there is no one else around!

Impact Ball Golf Swing Trainer.

This is a drill quite a lot of players use.  This ball has two "dents" on each side and is placed between the arms.  This helps the body "stay connected" on the backswing and prevents the arms from moving away or separating from the upper body.  It can be purchased here.
