Summer Golf Clothes for Women. Sorry guys.

Summer golf clothing for womenis not my forte, so that is why I'm leaving this to Kat from thefitgirlskitchen.com, who is not only a Yoga Instructor, Nutritionista and Wellness Blogger, but a keen golfer as well!  Although if that is a picture of Kat on the range, I would suggest she do something about that hip sway and shoulder turn to improve her backswing position. Kaenon Sunglasses can improve your golf? What do you think?

Most golfers know that it is very important to protect your eyes from the sun, particularly in summer, with heightened exposure to UVA and UVB rays. And definitely, protection is necessary if you take medications that can cause photosensitivity.

A lot of us, in the past, didn't wear sunglasses because we felt that we just couldn't see the ball clearly enough when putting, searching for a lost ball, etc. Sometimes we wore them between shots, but that's not good enough folks.
