A Golfers Guide to 6 Great Exercises for your Game!

As most of my regular readers already know, I post golf exercises on a regular basis.  This is not a random process, but a carefully chosen group of exercises that need to be rotated on a regular basis.  Doing the same exercises over and over leads to boredom and the muscles engaged in the routine get stale!  By regularly changing your workout routine, more and more of the golf muscles get a workout and you will become a more rounded player because of it.  Of course, your workout sessions also become more enjoyable as you challenge different muscle groups.
