3 Day Golf Schools run Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday.

Kids Learn Free! Bring your child, grandchild or any junior 16 and under with you for a 1 to 3 day golf school and junior’s instruction is free. Year round! If more than one child accompanies you, the other children’s lessons are 50% off. Kids Play Free Too! Each junior 16 and under who is accompanied by an adult plays our host course, Pawleys Plantation, plus the other 14 Myrtle Beach National Co. courses for FREE.  Year round! Rates for Golf School program without lodging, breakfast or rounds of golf:

• 3 Day Golf School = 10.5 hours of golf instruction
• 2 Day Golf School = 7 hours of golf instruction
• 1 Day Golf School = 3.5 hours of golf instruction

• Book a 4′some for 3 day school and save $100 pp on commuter rate.
• Book a 3′some for 3 day school and save $75 pp on commuter rate.
• Book a 2′some for 3 day school and save $50 pp on commuter rate.
• Unaccompanied Juniors under 18 pay $100 off regular rate for a 3 day school.

9 Hole Playing Lesson includes green and cart fees, subject to availability. Rounds of golf following instruction are available for an additional cost, however students receive discounted green fees.

* To guarantee Director of Instruction Mel Sole as your Teaching Pro the following rates apply for a 3 Day Golf School:

• 1 to 4 golfers (in a class of 4 or less): $645 ea.  Add a 9 hole playing lesson: $235 ea. (includes green fees)
• Your own private twosome: $1290 ea. Add a 9 hole playing lesson: $400 ea.
• Single golfer only: $2580.  Add a 9 hole playing lesson: $400.

3 Day Golf Schools start on a Monday or Thursday. Choose from:

• Morning Session: 9:00 am to 12:30 pm OR
• Afternoon Session: 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm

Rental Clubs & Clubfitting

NEW! We now have rental clubs for both men and women at $25 per day.  With the increased cost of baggage on flights, plus the hassle of dragging your clubs through airports, renting clubs for your golf school vacation just makes sense.  We’ve had Mel’s personal clubmaker recently make up two very nice sets for ladies, and we already have a few men’s sets. Please let us know if you’d like to take advantage of this offer when you book your golf school dates.

FREE Clubfitting! Considering buying new clubs or changing your golf ball?  We invite you to schedule an hour with Mel Sole, a certified Mizuno Clubfitter, for a free clubfitting session. Your club head speed, ball spin rate, launch angle and a whole lot more will be measured and recorded.  Compare various clubs and/or balls for optimum performance, and before you leave you’ll receive a print-out of your specs and equipment suggestions. The cost is $80 for 1 hour. This price is waived if you are taking a 3-day golf school or if you purchase the clubs from us. Learn more about certified clubfitting.

Cancellation Policy

With 2 weeks or more notice, a $100 fee applies to commuter school cancellations, and a $200 fee applies to a golf school package cancellation.

If cancellation notice is given within 2 weeks of school start date, there is no refund.

POSTPONE your date if an emergency arises for only a $25 administrative fee, and your golf school credit is valid for 3 years from date of postponement.

The Ritson-Sole School reserves the right to cancel/reschedule programs in rare and unusual circumstances, and is not responsible for any inconvenience or loss incurred as a result – full fees would be refundable or transferable to another date and/or school of your choice, subject to availability.

Golf School Gift Certificates are instruction redeemable only and have no cash value.

Rain Policy: Any golf school time missed due to weather will be rescheduled in the future, subject to availability. There is no monetary refund.
