See How Easily You Can Increase Your Swing Power With Golf Stretching

There are few better ways to optimize your swing power than by improving your flexibility through stretching. Stretching is something that any golfer can do: it’s easy, requires no special devices or training aids, and takes little time. (Warning: That doesn’t mean it won’t hurt though, especially in the beginning!) When I started noticing that I’d lost some distance on my swings, I immediately began hunting for a fix.
