i look forward to your tips every month.
I have a tendency to hit fairway shots [ at times ] fat. could not playing ball little more back ; as in your tip today, help generally ?

Hi Gerry,
You do not want to move the ball back for your fairway shots as this tends to deloft the club (particularly on long irons and fairway woods) The answer to eliminating the fat shot is to transfer your weight across a little more quickly.
