In last month’s video golf tip, How to Generate More Swing Power, Mel taught us about the finer points of attaining a powerful back swing. You’ll have a lot of trouble generating the required torque though if you have problems getting into the full shoulder turn position. The solution? Flexibility. Do these three basic golf stretches every day to maintain your flexibility and maximize your golf swing power!

Before seeing this, I never realized how much golf really does require from our bodies. I guess I just haven’t played enough yet. This gives me a lot more respect to golfers. Thanks a lot for sharing this! I know I need to stretch more.
