Golf School

Our host golf club at Ellicottville, NY is the Holiday Valley Golf Club, located on Route 219, 50 miles south of Buffalo, NY and 2 hrs from Rochester.

You can stay on-site on a golf school package, or attend as a "commuter" student.

Beyond the golf course, visitors can enjoy the beautiful pool complex, fine dining, mountain biking and hiking. The small town flavor of nearby Ellicottville is carefully preserved in its historic homes and buildings, unique restaurants and shops.

Our school programs are half days (3.5 hours) of instruction. You can take one program or several, depending upon your lessons focus. Mornings from 9am to 12:30pm feature full swing work with the woods, irons & driver. Afternoons from 1:30pm to 5pm are spent working on all aspects of the short game. We cover chipping & putting Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday afternoons. On Wednesday/Friday/Sunday we cover pitching & bunkers.

We suggest you reserve one morning program on the full swing and two afternoon programs on the short game, to experience improvement on all aspects of your golf game.

Private 1-hour lessons can also be booked, subject to availability. 9-hole playing lessons can also be arranged for an additional fee (a practice-area lesson of 1-hour or more is a prerequisite for a playing lesson.)

Class size is a maximum of 4 students per instructor.

All instruction includes extensive video taping which is dubbed onto a CD with voice-over by your Instructor, enabling you to review your lessons and drills when you are at home.
