With Cougar Canyon Golf Links, Nicklaus Design has captured the wild spirit of the Southwest Rockies and created one of the most unique links course golf experiences in the country.

The course is a par 72, 7,669 yard beauty that snakes through valleys, mesas and arroyos and distracts golfers with breathtaking mountain views.

Players of all skill levels will enjoy this minimalist course. There are fewer than 40 bunkers– unique black sand bunkers that are a tribute to Trinidad’s rich mining heritage. Generous fairways and large greens lend challenge to this enjoyable layout.

Cougar Canyon’s most memorable hole is #16, an island green that guarantees excitement.
