Today is August 11th, 2017, and we present Fitness Friday #48.  A Golf Video Blog with Mel Sole.  Today our guest is Andy Speer from Mens Health with a great core exercise.  The core is critical in keeping stability between the upper and lower body as well as controlling the rotational speed of the golf swing through the hitting area.  This is a keeper!
